Synergy Counselling Associates is a thriving private practice in Kamloops, BC, dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health support. We’re currently seeking a Child & Youth Counsellor to join our dynamic team on a contract basis, with the potential for full-time clinical hours.
We’re looking for an energetic, inclusive, and passionate professional who is committed to supporting children and youth across diverse ages, developmental stages, and strengths. The ideal candidate brings both training and experience in working with young clients and is eager to contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with children and youth
- Registration with a recognized professional governing body
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Clean criminal record check (including vulnerable sector)
Availability:
Candidates must be available for after-school hours and some early evenings to best serve our young clients.
