The Right Fit

We individualize our treatment to fit with the unique needs of each client, offering the most effective and evidence-based therapy. Our collective trainings include current modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Expressive Play, Narrative, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Satir Family, Solution-Focused, Dialectical Behaviour (DBT), Self-Regulation (SRT), Gottman Couples Counselling, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Therapies. In response to the new Family Law Act, our team continues to work toward a multi-disciplinary / collaborative approach to keeping separating and divorcing families out of the court system. We offer two therapists currently approved by the BC Hear the Child Society to provide non-evaluative “Hear the Child Reports”.
